Payment of B.A/B.Com. Supplementary Examination Fee – October/November - 2011

Sub: Payment of B.A/B.Com. Supplementary Examination Fee – October/November - 2011       The last date for payment of examination fee and the amount of examination fee to be paid by the students for  the ensuing October/November - 2011 Supplementary Examinations is notified as here under:


Note: 1.  Examination will not be conducted for Non-Sim and 80-20 scheme students.  If they pay exam fee they will be   doing so at their own risk & the amount once paid will not be refunded.             2.  As per the prospectus, those Students who have completed six years from their enrollment years are not    allowed to appear in the ensuing October/November - 2011 Examination. Inspite of the warning students    who pay the Exam fee will be doing so at their own risk.          
  Examinations are proposed to be conducted at the following places/ centres
Fresh students can select any one of the above Examination Centres. Once, they choose the Examination Centre,  the candidate has to take examination in that particular centre only.  
Students should remit the fees in the nearby State Bank of Mysore or State Bank of India in the enclosed examination  challan.  Please mention Year of Admission, Roll Number and Name of the Examination Centre on the Top of the  Examination Application. Do not tear the exam fee paid original challan from the examination application form and  photo copy of Admission fee paid Challan should be enclosed along with Examination Application. Incomplete  Application is liable to be rejected. 
Students should submit their examination applications to  The Registrar (Evaluation), Karnataka State Open  University, Manasagangotri, Mysore – 570 006, either in person or by Registered Post / Courier


EXAMINATION APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER 15.09.2011 WILL BE REJECTED


1. Students who are admitted for B.A/B.Com programmes under Regulation-I should complete BPP Examination within Six  (6) years of their admission. The results of the term-end-examination of the students will be withheld in case they fail in  BPP Examination.  
2. If the total students strength is less than 50 in any examination centre, students opted for the centre will be directed to  write the examinations at the nearest examination centre. This arrangement will be intimated to the students well in  advance.   
3. Examination fee once paid will not be refunded nor re-adjusted to the next examination under any circumstances. 
 4. Students who belong to SC/ST category and other reservation categories are also required to pay the examination fee in  full.  
5. Candidates shall take the examination as per the syllabus and scheme of the examination supplied along with the  prospectus
