The attention of the candidates who have applied for the post of JPA in response to the Notification No.01/CGM(HR)/2010, dtd.05-01-2011 read with addendum dtd.29-01-2011 and Supplemental Notification No.01/CGM(HR)/ 2011, dtd.17-10-2011, for filling up of 1755 posts in APGENCO by Direct Recruitment, is hereby drawn and they are informed that such of those candidates who though not possessing the requisite qualifications as notified in the above Notifications; but applied to the post of JPA, by possessing the qualifications mentioned at serial numbers (i) to (viii) below [which in fact are not notified], stating in their on online applications that they are possessing the qualifications of ITI in Electrician Trade, Draughtsman (Civil), Mechanic (Motor Vehicle), Electronics (Mechanic), Mechanic (Diesel) and Welder etc. Therefore, the candidature of the above candidates who have applied by so stating to the post of JPA but possessing the following eight qualifications, shall be summarily rejected and no correspondence what so ever will be entertained.
(i) Automobile Engineering Technician
(ii) Construction Technology
(iii) Secretarial Practice
(iv) Carpentry
(v) Electronics Engineering Technician
(vi) Electrical Domestic Appliance and Rewinding
(vii) Electrical Wiring and Servicing of Electrical Appliances and
(viii) Rural Engineering Technician
2. The attention of the prospective candidates who aspire to the post of
Junior Plant Attendants is also hereby drawn and they are informed that as
per the “Supplemental Notification” dtd.17-10-2011 they are required to
possess only the following “Educational Qualifications”:-
Educational Qualifications: Must possess SSLC or SSC with ITI in Electrician/Fitter/Machinist/ Wireman/Welder/Turner/Mechanic (Diesel)/Instrument Mechanic/ Draughtsman (Mechanical)/2-Years Vocational Course in Electrician Trade as on 01.10.2011. Note: (i) In addition to the above ITI Trades, the Contract Labourers who worked or working in the Power Generating Stations of APGENCO and possessing SSLC or SSC with ITI Trades namely (i) Draughtsman (Civil); (ii) Electronics Mechanic; (iii) Mechanic Motor (Vehicle); and (iv) Moulder are also entitled to apply to the post of JPA as per the directions of Hon’ble H.C of A.P in W.P.MP.No.1072/2011 in W.P.No.873/2011, dtd.24-01- 2011. (ii) The candidature of the candidates (i) not possessing the requisite qualification of SSLC/SSC or the ITI Trades as indicated in the Notification as on 01-10-2011; or (ii) possessing other state SSC/ITI certificates are not entitled to apply to the post of “JPA” and their candidature shall summarily be rejected.
