Intimation regarding dates of examination in respect of Limited Departmental Competitive Examinations.

On the subject cited it has been decided to hold the Limited Departmental Competitive Examination on 24 th & 25 th March 2012 (Saturday & Sunday). The examination will be conducted by the Agency (M/s. Ace) and the schedule of different examinations is at Annexure “A” and venue addresses (except Chennai - the venue address for Chennai will be issued by 14 th March 2012) where examinations are to be held at placed at Annexure “B” for the participating candidates and the same may be informed to the candidates. Hence, it is requested that the agency may be contacted and necessary logistic support to conduct the examination may be provided by the concerned Regional Directors to the agency. For any clarification you may contact the contact persons given in Annexure “B”
The Regional Directors are requested to allot the Roll Numbers and issue the Admit Cards. The Admit Cards will have to be verified / checked by Supervisors / Central Observers at the time of examination. It is also requested that Regions may arrange instructors for dictation of English / Hindi separately where PA examination is to be conducted.
The list of Centres of Examination is enclosed with this letter as Annexure “C”. The RDs/Head of Offices where the examination is scheduled to be held are requested to make all necessary arrangement for smooth conduct of examination. Regional Directors of the regions, where examination centres have been clubbed with another region, may issue admit cards in duplicate containing duly attested photograph of the candidates – one to be candidate concerned and the second one to the Regional Director where the examination is going to be held and may make necessary arrangement for the outstation candidates.
