The PG Diploma & Diploma/Certificate Course Examinations for the students of Karnataka State Open University who are enrolled during 2009-10(repeaters) and freshers 2011-12 batch are scheduled to be held from 03rd- July -2012. The Examination Centres are indicated in the time table against each Diploma/Certificate programme. The students are informed to note their examination dates carefully. It will be conducted at the following three centres only. The venue and the detailed Time-Table is enclosed
The students shall pay the fees as per the following schedules through “Challan” enclosed/printed in the Examination Application form and submit their filled in Examination application through Registered Post to the Registrar(Evaluation) KARNATAKA STATE OPEN UNIVERSITY, MANASAGANGOTRI, MYSORE-570006 after payment of exam fee in any of the State Bank of Mysore or State Bank of India branches.
01. The candidates whose admission is not approved, are not eligible to pay the Examination fee and submit the Examination Application. Mere payment of Examination fee and submission of application for the Examination does not entitle the student to take the Examination, The detailed Time Table for the Examination of Diploma and Certificate Courses have been notified along with this circular in the University Website: www. ksoumysore.edu.in 02. The dates of Viva- Voce of PGDHRM/PGDBA/PGDMM/PGDFM shall be notified during the course of examination. 03. The students of PGDHRM/PGDBA/PGDMM/PGDFM shall take Viva-Voce Examination at the respective examination centres. during the first appearance of the Examination and they shall also take the Internal Assessment in the year of admission only. 04. Candidates shall reappear for the Examination at the Centre where he/she had appeared earlier. Change of Centres will not be allowed under any circumstances. However, under special circumstances, permission will be granted to seek change of centre through a separate application and on payment of Rs.1000/-. This should be submitted a week before the examination. 05. Admission Tickets will not be sent to the students by post. It shall be collected by the students in person from the respective Examination Centre two days prior to the commencement of Examination by producing the Identity Card. 06. All the candidates shall bring their Admission Tickets and Identity Cards to the Examination Hall without fail. 07. Student belonging to SC/ST and other reserved categories are also required to pay the Examination Fee in full as mentioned above. 08. Applications received after the last date will be rejected without any correspondence. Note:- Students are prohibited to bring Mobile Phones to the Examination Hall. If candidates are found with mobile phones it will be seized and a case of malpractice will be booked and the University is not responsible for any loss or damage to cell phones if found in the examination hall.
