Reference advertisement No. GMCH/Estt-III/EA4/11/39455 dated 27.10.2011, that appeared in the ‘The Tribune, Chandigarh, Ajit (Punjabi) & Punjab Kesari (Hindi) in October, 2011 for filling up the post of Data Entry Operator.
This is for general information of all concerned including those who had applied for the post Online and submitted the system generated hardcopy alongwith requisite fee that the Computer Typing Test of the candidates will be held on 25.02.2012 at 10.00 a.m. in IT Centre, Level I, Block ‘B’, Hospital Building, Govt. Medical College & Hospital, Sector 32, Chandigarh. The said test is subject to the eligibility of educational qualification, age, & caste, after the said test. If any candidate is not found eligible at any stage after qualifying the test due to the above discrepancies, his/her candidature shall be rejected straightway. The candidates should report at the above said venue at 9.30 a.m. sharp.
Note:- 1. The Roll Nos. of the candidates have been dispatched separately at the addresses given in their applications. 2. Candidates who do not receive their Roll Nos. by 23.02.2012, should report personally in the Establishment Branch-III, Level-III, Block ‘D’, Hospital Building, Govt. Medical College & Hospital, Sector 32, Chandigarh) on 24.02.2012 by 5.00 p.m. alongwith one passport size photograph for getting the duplicate Roll Nos. 3. This office shall not be responsible for any postal delay.
