Guidelines for Transfer of admission of enrolled studentsin-between the affiliated law colleges 2012-13

All affiliated Law College/Schools, K.S.L.U., Hubli.
Sir/Madam,
Sub:- Guidelines for Transfer of admission of enrolled studentsin-between the affiliated law colleges~ 2012-13.
Ref: Approval of Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, dtd: 15/05/2012
With reference to the above, the admission of enrolled students on transfer from other affiliated law colleges shall be made as per the below procedures.
1) The student shall apply in the Admission Transfer application Form No.:03 as prescribed by K.S.L.U., to the transferring college which shall issue the No Objection Certificate. The transferring college shall forward the application to the transferee college with endorsement & N.O.C.
2) The student shall obtain the N.O.C. from the transferee (admitting) college stating that the college has vacant seat & will not exceed the intake sanctioned, as against such admissions.
3) The transferee college after verification of the eligibility criteria of the student/s for promotion to next class & enclosed documents, shall recommend & forward the application to the Registrar before the K.S.L.U. Examination Notification of odd/even semesters of that year, along with the following documents viz, a. The duly complete application form of Transfer of admission, b. NOC’s. & Previou Semester marks cards. c. The admission transfer fee of Rs.3,000/- through a DD drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, K.S.L.U. payable at Hubli.
4) The K.S.L.U. after verification of the application may issue a permission letter. The transfer is permitted only in exceptional cases like transfer of parents, health problems, marriage or the like
5) The student shall be given admission only after getting the permission letter from K.S.L.U. Hubli, for transfer of admission.
6) The college shall submit the admission statement of students admitted on transfer in the Admission Proforma-2A (enclosed) along with admission application/s, to the K.S.L.U. Hubli, at the time of Admission approval drive.
7) The Principal of the admitting college is held responsible for any violation of the above procedures & the consequences arising thereof.
8) If any college admits a student on transfer from other affiliated college without the prior permission from the K.S.L.U., then the student will be liable for a fine of Rs.1,000/- & the college will be liable for fine of Rs.10,000/- (for each such admission). *
