INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES 01.The name shall be as registered for the University examination.  02.Attested Photostat copies of Marks Cards of all the qualifying examinations should be  enclosed.  03.Date, Time, Place of Convocation and the amount of fee to be paid will be notified through  a separate Notification  04.The prescribed fee is to be paid through Demand Draft only. Payment through any other  mode will not accepted.  05.Demand Draft shall be obtained in favour of Finance Officer, Kuvempu University, payable  at State Bank of Mysore, Jnanasahyadri Branch (Branch Code:040759). If you have paid  the fee at the time of admission, enclose the receipt/certificate issued by the Principal of  the concerned College/ Head of the Institution.  06.Incomplete application will be rejected without assigning any reason whatsoever. Fee  once remitted will not be refunded.  07.Candidates whose results are announced after the removal of NCL or Declaration of Class  etc., after the convocation are eligible to get Provisional Passing Certificate. Such  candidates need not apply for the Degree Certificate till the next Convocation.  08.Three recent stamp size photos should be enclosed. (Write the Reg. No. and name of the  College/Institution on the back of the photos)  09. Candidates belonging to SC/ST should enclose attested caste certificate.
