Sub:- Procedure for downloading of Hall Tickets for August 2012 GNM Examination – Regarding
The Hall Tickets for August 2012 GNM Examination will be made available through the Internet. You have to download the Hall Tickets from the website: www.ksdneb.net or from www.ksdneb.org The User I.D. and password to download the Hall Ticket is being communicated to the E-mail I.D. given by you. You should preserve the password very confidentially and should not be revealed to others. If made known to others and the Hall Tickets of the students of your school are downloaded by the others then this Board will not be responsible. The procedure to download the Hall Tickets is detailed in the enclosed format. When the Hall Ticket is downloaded the Principal should invariably sign the Hall Ticket duly affixing the seal of the Principal and the student should sign the Hall Ticket in front of you and then only be issued to the students. The Exam centre copy of the Hall Ticket will be made available to the concerned exam centre by this Board. The E-mail I.D. given by you is made available in the website. You may go through the same and confirm. If you have not given your mail I.D. please furnish the same to the Board I.D. If you do not give your E-mail I.D. you will not receive the user I.D. and password and also Hall Tickets. The E-mail I.D. given once by you should not be changed till you receive your Hall Tickets.
After the downloading of the Hall Tickets if you notice any corrections, you should immediately send the information to the E-Mail address ksdneb@gmail.com of the Board for needful. If you do not get the necessary corrections within 2 days you may contact the mobile number 9060101526 for needful during the working hours 10.30AM to 4.30PM only. The Hall Tickets will be uploaded in the Board website w.e.f. 16-07-2012 and onwards and will be available till 31-07-2012. The receipt of this letter may be acknowledged
