NOTIFICATION
1. The Annual Convocation for the year 2011 will be held tentatively in the month of
December 2011.
2. In this Convocation, the UG/PG/PG Diploma Degrees of all these faculties will be
conferred to those candidates who have passed their respective Bachelor Degree/
Master Degree/PGDCA Examinations held during July 2010 to June 2011 either In
Person or In Absentia.However the candidates who have qualified their respective
Bachelor Degree/Master Degrees and PGDCA before July 2010 are eligible to apply
only for In Absentia.
3. Application is available on University Website (www.kswu.ac.in) Duly filled
applications with all relevant documents should reach the Registrar (Evaluation) on or
before 24.09.2011.
4. Late and incomplete applications will not be entertained.
5. The candidates should write their correct name as per the statement of marks at the last
qualifying examination both in English and Kannada.
6. The attested copy/copies of the marks card / final semester statement of marks should
be enclosed along with the application.
7. Eligible candidates can apply for all the courses either through the Post or Courier.
8. The candidates who apply IN PERSON, and do not attend the convocation will be
required to pay an additional necessary in absentia charges of Rs.300/- and then only
Degree Certificates of such candidates will be sent by post/courier.
9. The Degree Certificates of the candidates admitted as “IN ABSENTIA” will be sent by
REGISTERED POST/COURIER TO THEIR GIVEN ADDRESS AFTER THE
CONVOCATION IS OVER. Further they should write the name as per marks cards.
10. The exact date, time of the convocation will be announced later.
