Notice for all Students Date: 20-08-2012 

All the I year students of B Tech, Integrated M Tech, M Tech (CSE), MCA, BBA, MBA, B Pharm, M Pharm, Bsc HMCT, MTM are required to register in person; for the courses in their respective branches of study on 28 th Aug, 2012 (Tuesday) in the following rooms in the Engineering, Hospitality and Management Blocks. The students who fail to register on 28 th Aug, 2012 (Tuesday) are required to take the permission of Convener, Academic Registration Committee for the Late Registration


Steps to be followed by the Students for the Academic Registration Process:
1. Student should reach the respective room and respective counter as
mentioned in the Student Notice.
2. Student should take the registration card from their respective counterand check the spelling of his/her name printed on the card and sign Registration Card on the designated place. Tick (v) against each course
with the help of Registration advisorsitting on the counter.
3. Student has to purchase the admission form and prospectus from the Admission and marketing counter by paying Rs 600/-. Fill the Admission form carefully.
4. Clear the dues if any on the part the student and get it signed from the Account + Admission & Marketing Counter.
5. Arrange the attested copies of the following certificates and documents a. Matriculation (10th) Certificate
b. 10+2 (for admission in Bachelor Program)
c. 10+2 & Bachelor Degree (for admission in Post Graduate Program)
d. Character Certificate (from the Institution last attended)
e. Medical Fitness Certificate from a registered medical practioner.
f. Himachali Bonafied Certificate
g. Migration certificate (from the institution last attended)
h. 5 (five) PP size latest photographs (write the Name and the branch on
the back side of the photograph)
6 Submit the filled registration card along with the certificates and
documents as listed in the Sr. No. 5 to the registration desk.
7 The Students are directed to collect the set of four different declarations to be made by them and their parents from their respective registration desk. The students are required to submit each of the declaration on a stamp paper of Rs 10/- duly attested by the Oath Commissioner to their schools on or before 7 th September, 2012.
