CHECK LIST OF CERTIFICATES AND DOCUMENTS DURING REGISTRATION

All the I year students of B Tech, Integrated M Tech, M Tech (CSE), MCA, BBA, MBA, B Pharm, M Pharm, Bsc HMCT, MTM are required to register in person; for the courses in their respective branches of study on 28 th Aug, 2012 (Tuesday) in the following rooms in the Engineering, Hospitality and Management Blocks. The students who fail to register on 28 th Aug, 2012 (Tuesday) are required to take the permission of Convener, Academic Registration Committee for the Late Registration


Check List of Certificates and Documents during the RegistrationProcess
a. Matriculation (10th) Certificate
b. 10+2 (for admission in Bachelor Program)
c. 10+2 & Bachelor Degree (for admission in Post Graduate Program)
d. Character Certificate (from the Institution last attended)
e. Medical Fitness Certificate from a registered medical practioner.
f. Himachali Bonafied Certificate (optional)
g. Migration certificate (from the institution last attended – Optional)
h. 5 (five) PP size latest photographs (write the Name and the
branch on the back side of the photograph)
i. Registration Card (filled)
j. Admission Form (filled)
