Submission of Application for Regular / Repeaters of MBA / EMBA Examination - December-2012
Applications are invited from Regular/Repeater Students of M.B.A / E.M.B.A Courses under the Directorate of Distance Education of which examinations will be held in the month of December - 2012. The application should be submitted through the Co-ordinators of the concerned study centres along with the demand draft drawn in favour of “The Finance Officer” Kuvempu University, Shankaraghatta - 577451, payable at State Bank of Mysore, Jnana sahyadri Branch (Branch Code No.:40759).
LAST DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF EXAM APPLICATIONS
Without penal fee 20-10-2012
With Penal fees of 500=00 05-11-2012
Fee Structure per Semester- (for Regular/Repeaters)
Instructions to Study Centre Coordinators :-
1. Examination Applications and Candidate list should be classified and submitted in Semester
wise/Course wise to The Director, Directorate of Distance Education, Kuvempu University,
Shankaraghatta – 577 451, Shimoga Dist., Karnataka on or before 09-11-2012.
2. Candidates should enclose the Photo copy of marks card with attestation.
3. Applications received after the last date /without prescribed fee Challan /D.D will be rejected
