M.Phil./Ph.D. Admission Intimation Memo – 2013 

 

 With reference to your application for admission into Ph.D. (Part-Time for Executive category) 

Programme, you are directed to report at the office of the Director, Directorate of Admissions, Andhra 

University, Visakhapatnam for Second Phase Counseling as per the schedule given below. 

 

The following original certificates should be produced at the time of interview: 

 

1. Candidates with qualifying degrees from the Universities outside Andhra Pradesh have to 

produce equivalency certificate from Andhra University. 

2. Provisional or original Certificate and marks statements of qualifying examination. Candidates 

are expected to submit the consolidated statement of marks. 

3. Transfer certificate from the institution where last studied. 

4. Date of birth certificate (S.S.C. / Matriculation / Equivalent Certificate) 

5. Caste Certificate in case of SC / ST / BC Candidates. 

6. Migration certificate in case of candidates from other Universities. 

7. Medical certificate in the case of PH candidates. 

8. Service Cum-No objection certificate from the employer. 

9. Consent letter from the proposed research guide. 

10. Four recent passport size photos. 

11. One set of attested copies of the above certificates. 

12. DD drawn in favour of Admission Account, Directorate of Admissions, Andhra University 

payable at Visakhapatnam for the prescribed fee and a DD for Rs.1000/- towards counseling 

fee drawn in favour of the Director, Directorate of Admissions, A.U.)
