Payment of Examination Fees for First/Third Semester MBA Examination July – 2014.

M.B.A. students who were enrolled in Karnataka State Open University during 2010-11,  2011-2012, 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 are hereby informed to pay the Examination Fee for  First/Third Semester examinations of July – 2014.  The M.B.A. Examinations for the Semester scheme students of Karnataka State Open  University are scheduled to commence from the 7 th  July 2014. Examination will be conducted  at the following Places:  (1) Mysore (2) Bangalore (3) Dharwad 4) Udupi  The detailed Time – Table of First / Third Semester M.B.A. Examination is notified in  the website.  The last date for payment of Examination Fee and for submission of Examination  Applications to the University by the students without penal fee and with penal fee are as  follows: 
Particulars Examination Fee 
(a) Without penal fee 02-06-2014 
(b) With penal fee of Rs. 200/- 12-06-2014

 (Students appearing for the first time will have to pay for the whole examination in full) 
1 All papers of Ist or IIIrd Semester Rs. 1,200/- 
2 One paper of Ist or IIIrd Semester Rs. 600/- 
3 Two papers of Ist or IIIrd Semester Rs. 800/- 
4 Three papers of Ist or IIIrd Semester Rs. 900/- 
5 More than Four papers of Ist or IIIrd Semester Rs. 1,200/- 


1) Location of examination centre may be changed if the total strength of students writing  the examination is less or if the proper infrastructure is absent. In such cases, candidates  will be registered at a centre nearest to the one chosen by the student.  2) The Examination Fee once paid shall not be refunded.  3) Examination fee has to be paid through Challan. The application along with the copies  of marks cards of previous attempts should be sent to the Registrar (Evaluation),  Karnataka State Open University, Mukthagangotri, Mysore – 570 006.   4) Applications received after the last date i.e. 12-06-2014 and incomplete Applications  shall be rejected without any correspondence. Admission Tickets will not be sent to  the candidates by post. It shall be collected by the candidates in person from the  respective Examination Centres Two days prior to the commencement of Examinations  by producing the Identification Card for verification. The Identification Card shall also  be produced in the Examination hall on demand.  5) Students should not forget to enter the Roll Number & Mobile Number on the top  portion of the Examination Application Form & Challan.  6) Mere payment of Examination Fee and submission of the Examination Application  does not entitle the student to take the Examination if he / she is not eligible to take the  Examination or if his / her Admission is not approved by the University.  7) Students belonging to SC& ST Communities have to compulsorily enclose Certificate,  Income Certificate issued during 2013, Unemployment Certificate issued from the  competent authority and related certificates for claiming examination fee concession,  Failing which the examination form of such students will be rejected.  8) University has the right to cancel any centre of examination, if the students appearing  for the exam in the centre is less than 50.  9) STUDENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM BRINGING MOBILE  PHONES TO THE EXAMINATION HALL.  10) Students are directed to send the filled in application to the Registrar (Evaluation),  Karnataka State Open University, Mukthagangotri, Mysore – 570 006, along with  the SBM Challan.
