Sub: Re-opening of Hostels - Readmission - Reg.
HEARTY GREETING TO YOU
Your re-admission to the hostel is subject to the following conditions:
1. All the dues to the hostel should have been cleared.
2. You should not have been prevented from writing any examination during the academic year 2013-2014 due to lack of attendance.
3. You should not have been subjected to any disciplinary action of the Hostel / College / University.
4. You should not have any complaint about you by the Resident Counsellor i Hostel / College /
University Officials.
5. Readmission to the Hostel for the following cases are not guaranteed:
a. Those who are having their residence (as per the original admission) in and around the
Chennai Metropolitan area.
b. Those who had not paid the Hostel / Mess fees in time or / and those who were defaulters for
more than once during the academic year 2013 -2014.
6. Students should complete online registration in "ceqhostel.in" Web Portal to be eligible for the HostelRe-admission Process
7. Students can make payment only through Online Payment Facility which will be open in ceghostel.infrom 1 8161201 4 to 251612014
8. Only after making the online payment Hostel Admit Card for Hostel Re-admission 2014-15 will begenerated.
9. As per the following Schedule all students are requested to attend the Re-admission Process atrespective venue and time along with their HostelAdmit Card.
10. Students should come to Hostel Re-admission process along with Print-out of Hostel Admit Card andDeclaration Form duly signed.
11. Students facing any problem can call 044-45542123 between 10 AM to 5 PM
Students, who do not require re-admission this year have to i) clear their Hostel / Mess
dues of the last semester and ii) complete the vacation procedure on or before 05.07.2013, failingwhich from 06.07.2013 to the date of completing the vacation procedure fine will be imposed as perthe Hostel Rules and Regulations.
