Interview for the post of ASSISTANT PLANT PROTECTION OFFICER (Entomology / Nematology) in the Dte. of Plant Protection, Quarantine and Storage, Cat. No. NWR-01, Advt. No. SSC/NWR-04/2013 will be held as per details mentioned against their names given below. Call letters to the below mentioned shortlisted candidates (in alphabetical order) have already been sent by Speed Post. If Call Letter is not received due to postal delay or any other reason, he/she may download the specimen Call Letter (below) and attend the Interview along with the documents mentioned therein on the specified date and time at the venue mentioned against their names:
The Essential Qualifications (EQ) prescribed for the post is:-
“M.Sc degree in Entomology OR Nematology OR
M.Sc degree in Agriculture with specialization in Entomology OR Nematology OR M.Sc degree in Zoology with specialization in Entomology OR Nematology from a recognized University or Institution”.
The short listing criteria adopted is UR with 80%, OBC with 75% and SC with 70% and ST with 65% and above marks in EQ.
Candidates are advised to ensure that they meet all the eligibility criteria as per the Notification. Candidates should invariably bring original photo identity cards for attending the Interview.
