Identification of posts to the extent of 8% to be reserved for “Local Persons” in the cadre of Civil Judges of Karnataka State Judiciary under Karnataka Public Employment (Reservation in appointment for Hyderabad-Karnataka Region) Order, 2013- reg.
Under Rule 3(1) of the Karnataka Public Employment (Reservation in appointment for Hyderabad-Karnataka Region) (Organization of Local Cadres, Allotment and Transfer of Persons) Rules, 2013, issued by Government of Karnataka, in pursuance of Karnataka Public Employment (Reservation in appointment for Hyderabad-Karnataka Region) Order, 2013 published vide Notification dated 06.11.2013 (hereinafter referred to as “Order”) in connection with the implementation of Article 371-J of the Constitution of India, the High Court of Karnataka having been identified as State level office under Rule 13 of Chapter-II of the “order”, provides 8 % (Eight percent) reservations for “Local Persons” in the sanctioned strength of posts in the cadre of Civil Judges in the Karnataka State Judiciary, being the entry level post (Group-“A”), at the time of recruitment as defined in Para 6 of the order and hereby notified as under :-
