Stenographers Posts Only: 

Please read the following Instructions carefully before you start writing: 

1) Candidates should write ONLY their Register Number and NOT their Names. Failure to 

do so will entail rejection of the Answer Paper. The Register Number should be written 

on all the sheets in the space provided. 

2) Candidates should write legibly in INK, on Both Sides of the Answer Paper. 

3) Candidates should write dictated notes in pencil (Preferred) in Short Hand Note Book. 

4) Candidates should attach the Shorthand Note Book to their Answer Paper. 

5) Candidates detected in speaking to or in any way communicating with any other 

candidates will be sent out of the Competition / Exam Hall and their Answer Papers will 

not be valued.  

For KANNADA/ENGLISH TYPEWRITING Candidates 

1. Type the following passage in DOUBLE LINE Spacing. 

2. Typewrite on only ONE side of the paper. 

3. Set the margins at 10 to 70 Degree.
