INSTRUCTIONS FOR OPENING OF NEW PRE PRIMARY SCHOOLS
Instructions to be followed before filling the Application Form
1. Please use Google Chrome/Internet Explorer9.0/Mozilla Firefox Browser
2. This software is applicable only for opening of New Pre Primary School
3. Information should be Correct and true. Your application will be rejected, if any information found incorrect in future.
4. Please go through detailed instructions before filling up the application form.
5. Please ensure data is properly filled, necessary documents should be uploaded, wherever you specify 'Enclosed'.
6. Required amount of DD should be purchased in the name of Authority Concerned.
7. The necessary infrastructure such as Drinking Water, Toilets, Class Rooms should be properly entered.
8. Required child safety measures such as First Aid Box, Locked Entrance Gate, Telephone numbers for emergencies should be properly selected
9. Required land should be own / 3 years Rent or lease
10. The teaching Area Should be 10.76 sq ft(one sq mt) per child.
11. After submiting the Application form, Please note down the Application Number Generated from the system.
12. Print the filled in Pre Primary Form-2 to BEO and Submit the hard copy to the BEO office along with copies of all necessary documents.
