Due to Bank Staffs mistake there is the chance of not getting PMAY Status on your mobile and also you are not able to login to get PMAY Status online and also on mobile apps. The registered mobile number is important for getting updates of PMAY approval process online. you will get OTP on Registered mobile number only. During the registration or while creating App Id the bank staff enter the Email address in it but you will not get otp on mobile number.

If your mobile Number is not entered properly in the application you will get the following message and you can get it updated by contacting concerned ULB

1. If Mobile number exists for selected State, then user will receive OTP. 2. If Mobile number doesn’t exist s , then user will receive SMS “To Kindly contact concerned ULB to update your mobile number in PMAY (U) MIS.”
